Photo submission guidelines:

• To submit a photo, you must be at least 18 years old and an employee at a venue that has hosted an event with Kate DiCamillo or the Edward Tulane doll.
• Photos may not depict anyone under 18 years of age.  
• Everyone depicted in photos must fill out and return a permission form. Permission forms should be returned to Laura Feczko at 617-575-4445 (fax) or Laura Feczko, Candlewick Press, 2067 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140.
• Photos may be submitted via mail or e-mail.   
• You may include a brief caption for each photo. Photos submitted without captions will be identified by location and the names of those depicted.

Digital images can be submitted to mailto:edwardtulaneoffer@candlewick.com?Subject=Edward%20Tulane%20Photo%20Submission. If submitting a digital photo, please remember that you must also send in a permission form. Prints may be any size, but please do not send negatives. Please be sure to attach a permission form to each photo you submit. If submitting multiple photos, please number each print to match the corresponding photo form.
